It separates our bars from the rest of the bars on the market. It is partly due to this method that the taste is so good and natural. Linda found out that mechanical mixers turn the ingredients into a pulp like cookies. Unlike most energy bars on the market which has a very long shelf life of 1 year & taste like cardboards. Most energy bars are mechanically processed!
